A high performance elastomeric joint sealant based on proven polyurethane elastomer technology. Silcor® PU Sealant Flex is a neutral cure system that reacts on exposure to atmospheric moisture. When cured, it forms a durable waterproof seal, which makes it suitable for most applications.

Apply Silcor PU Sealant Flex using a manually or electrically operated closed-barrel caulking gun. Insert bag into gun, cut top of the bag, replace end cap and use. Extrude sealant firmly into joint to ensure complete contact on joint faces. Smooth as required with a spatula and diluted detergent to give a flat or concave surface.
SILCOR® 560 is a high performance, low odour, one-part, fast-curing, high solids, pure polyurethane elastomer waterproof membrane.

SILCOR® 560 LVOC is a unique, low VOC, high performance, low odour, one-part, fast-curing, high solids, polyurethane elastomer, liquid waterproof membrane. It is specially formulated for easy roller application of all permanently flexible, tough, high-build, long-life waterproof barriers.

SILCOR® 900MP is a premium performance two-component spray-applied seamless waterproofing membrane that cures within 2 minutes to form a high-strength, elastomeric, and fully-bonded waterproof membrane. and steel.

The surfaces of new concrete should be lightly blast abraded or mechanically abraded to
remove laitance. Dust and debris created from blasting or sanding should be removed by
sweeping or vacuum cleaner. Surface must be clean, sound, smooth and free from dust,
laitance, loose matter, oil or other contaminants.
Pour the hardener into the resin and mix thoroughly for 5 minutes until the colour is uniform
using a low speed drill at 200 to 300 rpm. Do not mix more than is required because the
material will gel and harden.
Heat is generated when the resin and hardener reacts and temperatures will increase over
time. Apply soon after mixing. Never mix more than one batch at a time in a single container
as this may cause a premature exothermic reaction with production of intense heat and
smoke.
Apply SILCOR® Primer BW N105-DT by brush, roller or rubber squeegee. Application
temperatures must be between 10°C and 40°C with <85% relative humidity, and at
least 3°C above the dew-point temperature.
SILCOR® Top Coat 80 is a tough, fast-curing, non-slip, aliphatic polyurethane coating designed for protection of SILCOR® membrane systems in exposed situations. SILCOR® Top Coat 80 is UV-resistant. It provides a durable, service foot-trafficable finish to roof and deck areas.

SILCOR®
SILCOR® is a high-performing cold-applied, seamless waterproofing system for podium decks, green roofs and terraces. The range of products include both spray and hand applied. The SILCOR® series is generally foot-trafficable in under two hours, depending on application. The polymeric structure accommodates most designs without compromising waterproofing performance and while being fully compatible with other GCP waterproofing solutions.
ADPRUFE®
ADPRUFE® is an innovative liquid admixture that significantly reduces both the permeability and drying shrinkage of concrete. When used in combination with ADVA® superplasticisers, this enhanced concrete performance reduces water absorption and penetration providing a significant reduction in drying shrinkage which produces fewer and thinner cracks.
SERVIDEK™ and SERVIPAK™
Designed specifically for deck waterproofing, SERVIDEK™ consists of a cold-applied waterproofing system that consists of a rubber/bitumen compound with a protection board, SERVIPAK™, applied on top. SERVIPAK™ is designed for heavy duty and is capable of accepting sand carpet and hot rolled asphalt. SERVIDEK™/SERVIPAK™ is both robust and fast-curing, with SERVIDEK™ serving as both a waterproofing membrane and an adhesive for SERVIPAK™. The combined system is able to accept road laying equipment in just four hours. Lastly, SERVIDEK™ conforms to irregularity in the substrate surface, while SERVIPAK™ allows indentation in the base coarse aggregate in order to provide resistance to braking.
